1 Introduction & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the a24 platform and its members. By registering or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

• "Member" or "you" — Any individual who is registered on a24 or is using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The following requirements must be met to become a member of a24. Failure to meet any one of these conditions will render the registration invalid.

Registration Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided during registration must be true and accurate.
• Each person may register only one account.
• Registration is not permitted from countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law.
• You must register under your own name — opening an account on someone else's behalf is strictly prohibited.

Registration Process

During registration, you must provide your mobile number, password, and accurate personal details. Once registration is complete, your account will be activated via OTP verification. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

3 Account Management

Your a24 account is your personal asset. You are entirely responsible for keeping it secure.

Account Security

• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
• If you're on someone else's device, always log out after your session.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it to our support team immediately.
• A24 will never ask for your password or OTP via phone, SMS, or email.

Account Verification (KYC)

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. This requires a copy of your National ID or passport and your mobile banking account details. No withdrawal request will be processed without completed KYC.

Account Inactivity

An account with no transactions for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may apply to inactive accounts. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules must be observed for all deposits and withdrawals on a24.

Deposit

• Minimum Deposit: ৳ 200
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, USDT
• Deposits are generally instant — credited to your wallet within 5 minutes
• Betting is not permitted while a deposit is being processed
• Third-party accounts or anonymous payment methods are not accepted.

Withdrawal

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit: ৳1,00,000 (standard members)
• Higher limits apply for VIP members.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed without completed KYC verification
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

A24 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions. The general bonus policy is outlined below.

General Bonus Policy

• Claiming a bonus is deemed acceptance of the specific terms and conditions of the relevant offer.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Sports Betting bonus wagering requirement: 30x (bonus amount).
• Casino bonus wagering requirement: 40x (bonus amount).
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• If bonus abuse is suspected
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts
• If the bonus terms are violated
• If a promotional code is invalid or not working

6 Betting Rules

Certain general rules must be followed when placing bets on a24.

Bet Placement Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out feature).
• If the outcome of an event has already been determined, any bet placed on it will be considered void.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, a24 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Participation in match-fixing or any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited.

Cash-Out Rules

The cash-out feature allows you to exit a live bet early. However, the value offered at the moment of cash-out is final — no disputes will be accepted afterwards. If cash-out fails due to a network issue, the original bet will remain active.

Maximum Win Limit

Maximum winnings from a single bet may be capped. Please refer to the odds page for details. Large payouts may be subject to additional verification.

7 Fair Play Policy

A24 is committed to providing a fully transparent and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited.

• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Using multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Placing bets using software bots or automation tools.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate a24's systems.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.

A24 is committed to fair play and uses third-party auditors with regular RNG system testing. Any member found guilty of the violations listed above will have their account permanently closed and balance forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming

A24 believes entertainment should always be kept in check. We place the utmost importance on the mental and financial well-being of our members.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Betting stops automatically once you've lost a set amount.
• Take a Break: Take a self-imposed break ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently close your account.
• Reality Check: Time and spending information is displayed at regular intervals.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is of the utmost importance to us. a24 will never sell your data to third parties.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

A24 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances.

Reasons for Account Termination

1. Violation of any clause of the Terms & Conditions.
2. Registering with false or inaccurate information.
3. Operating multiple accounts.
4. Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
5. Abuse of the bonus system.
6. Attempting to hack or manipulate the system.
7. Misconduct or threats directed at staff.

Account Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any available balance before closing. Reactivation is possible after closure, subject to verification as per our guidelines.

11 Limitation of Liability

A24 is committed to delivering the best possible service; however, our liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• A24 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection or technical failures.
• A24 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a member's own negligence or error.
• A24 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
• A24 bears no liability for service disruptions caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
• A24's total liability shall not exceed the original amount of the transaction in question under any circumstances.

12 Changes & Updates

A24 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following rules will apply when changes are made.

• Members will be notified at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect.
• Updated Terms & Conditions will be reflected on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will change accordingly.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, please request to close your account.
